Comprehensive, 3D video running gait analysis. This gives the most accurate and complete view of your running form to identify areas to improve running efficiency or injury risk. Also includes full strength and mobility assessment to supplement the results of the gait analysis. It is best for people who want injury prevention, are currently injured, or have a long history of recurrent injuries. Includes individualized feedback and guidance from your lab staff.

This is a 3D gait analysis performed by one of our lab staff. Runners will receive the results of their gait analysis in the RunDNA app with a plan to start addressing the findings of the evaluation.
